Discuss the attributes of the customer benefit package that apply to students of a college. Explain why each point does or does not apply. A customer benefit package (CBP) is a clearly defined set of tangible (goodscontent) and intangible (servicecontent) features that the customer recognizes, pays for, uses, or experiences.
