TOPIC QUESTION: Per our textbook, Access, a relational database application, is the most widely used PC-based database management system (DBMS) software for both personal and business users. Like other database systems, the structure of the database file is of the utmost importance. For this exercise, you must demonstrate your understanding of the Access database file by describing how you would begin to create a database file with one of its tables. (NO templates.) Your example may be a personal or business one.
First describe your example by::
Naming the database file
Naming only 1 of the important tables in the database file
Providing a detailed list of field names needed in the named table’s records. No generalizations.
No Reports or Forms needed
(An example of a personal Access database might be one used for a wedding or home inventory or collection.)

You may want to type your postings in Word, to check for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. Once you have completed them, copy and paste the text into the discussion board window.
